Shipping policy

Where we ship from All orders are sent from our hub in the Netherlands.

Where we deliver We deliver to countries in the European Union and to Norway.

Processing time Orders for items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Pre-order items and products requested through our Request a Product page are dispatched once they have arrived at our hub. We will tell you the expected timing before you pay.

Delivery times After dispatch, delivery within the EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days, and delivery to Norway usually takes 5 to 10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer in busy periods such as the holidays.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Duties and taxes For orders to EU countries, import duties and VAT are included in the price you pay, so you will not be asked for any extra payment at delivery. For orders to Norway, the checkout and your order confirmation will show how customs and VAT are handled.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Damaged, lost or incorrect parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, contact us through our contact form within 14 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date, and include your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Address errors Please check your delivery address before you order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
