By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. What we sell We sell products imported from the USA, such as beauty and body care items, and we offer a service where we buy a product for you from a US retailer (see section 6). We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose products we sell, and all brand names belong to their owners.

3. Products and product information Our products are made for the US market. This means:

  • Packaging and labels may be in English and may differ from versions sold in Europe.
  • Scents, formulas and packaging can change without notice.
  • Limited-edition items may sell out or be unavailable at any time.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Photos are for illustration, and the packaging you receive may look slightly different. Please read the label before use. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the ingredient list on the product.

4. Prices and payment All prices are shown in euros, unless the checkout shows another currency. For orders to EU countries, prices include VAT and import duties. For orders to Norway, the checkout shows how customs and VAT are handled. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if a price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Request a Product service Through our Request a Product page you can ask us to buy a product in the USA for you.

  • We send you a quote with the total price, which includes the item price, shipping, customs duty, VAT and our service fee.
  • Your quote is valid for [7] days. We only buy the item after you accept the quote and pay.
  • If the retailer's price or availability changes before we buy, we will contact you before we proceed, and you can choose to accept the new price or cancel for a full refund.
  • We can't buy some products, including medicines, supplements, aerosols and flammable goods, alcohol, perishable food, and items restricted for import into your country. Some products may also not be legally sold in the EU. If we can't get your item, we will tell you and you will not pay.
  • The minimum request is [€25] in item value.

7. Right to cancel and returns Consumers in the EU and Norway have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. The details, including exceptions for sealed items that have been opened, are in our Returns policy.

8. Faulty or incorrect products If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our remedies are set out in our Returns policy. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Liability We are responsible for damage you suffer because of our own fault, as set out by law. We are not liable for indirect damage, or for damage caused by delays outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property All content on this website that is ours, including text, layout and our own images, belongs to us. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

11. Personal data We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints If you have a complaint, contact us through our contact form. We aim to reply within [5] business days.

13. Governing law These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
